Join our team as a Campus Lead for Polar Ice Vodka and take a leadership role in our dynamic Brand Ambassador program. As a Campus Lead, you’ll serve as the primary link between CRUEL and your Brand Ambassador team, managing ambassadors, driving the successful execution of marketing objectives on campus, and posting social media content to support brand growth. This role combines on-premise product distribution, team management, and close collaboration with CRUEL’s coordinators and management team.
You will be responsible for selecting key events each week and distributing products strategically to meet our target sampling goals. Alongside managing your Campus Ambassador team, you’ll consistently create and post engaging social media content to amplify the brand’s presence. Your leadership will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, product understanding, and excitement among university students.
The Polar Ice Vodka Campus Lead program runs from September to May, featuring key activation weeks such as Homecoming, Halloween, Holiday, Frost Week, and St. Patrick’s Day. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to develop leadership and marketing skills while playing a vital part in the brand’s success on campus.
