CRUEL’s Production Director is a fractional, project-based role that leads the fabrication, build, and deployment of physical brand experiences across Canada. This role is rooted in hands-on production expertise, someone who understands how things are actually made, engineered, packed, shipped, installed, and brought to life in real-world environments. From custom scenic builds to touring retail programs and festival activations, the Production Director ensures ideas are translated into durable, high-quality assets that perform in the field.

Working in close partnership with the Creative Director and Account Director, the Production Director shapes concepts at the earliest stages — grounding ambitious ideas in smart fabrication strategy, material selection, structural thinking, and logistical feasibility. This role bridges vision and execution, leading vendor strategy, overseeing complex builds, and ensuring every production pathway is safe, scalable, and financially sound.

At its core, Production at CRUEL is about building exceptional physical work, intelligently designed, expertly fabricated, and seamlessly delivered. The Production Director elevates that standard across the agency.
