Bringing Canada's #1 women's fragrance to life in the heart of Toronto's busiest shopping destination

CRUEL partnered with Burberry to extend the momentum of Goddess — the biggest fall fragrance launch in Canadian market history — into its third consecutive season, introducing Goddess Parfum while reinforcing its #1 position in women’s fragrance.


CRUEL designed and produced a multi-touchpoint activation at Toronto's CF Eaton Centre over three days in September 2025.


The immersive footprint drew shoppers into a curated consumer journey — starting with fragrance trial and education led by brand ambassadors, flowing into a complimentary coffee experience, and culminating in an influencer lounge hosted by Tara Sigari, Karina Waldron, and Sasha Mei.


The activation was designed to deepen brand connection while driving conversion. Consumers who purchased any Goddess fragrance at nearby retailers received a custom-engraved Burberry bracelet, creating a tangible reward tied to purchase.


Over three days, the experience generated 4,600+ samples distributed, 340 engraved bracelets, 90,000 IRL impressions, and $63K in attributed sales — more than double the previous year. The consistent queues throughout the weekend reflected the demand for the experience, while a deliberate focus on quality interactions over volume ensured every guest left with a deeper connection to the Goddess franchise.
